Life On the Farm
Happy Birthday Zoe!
Zoe got a surprise visit from Chevy for her 4th birthday party on Saturday! They were fast friends, so here she is saying goodbye after several pony rides for the birthday girl…
VERY good news!
Joey has successfully transitioned to live with Bob!!! He only comes to stay with us when Bob has doctor appointments so we’re doggie daycare for a few days. He missed Maverick more than anyone. Awwwww!! Good boy Joey!
Swim little birdie, swim!
Found this little kid drowning in the water bucket after I heard him/her splashing around. Scooped him/her up and set him/her down to dry and rest. Crisis averted!!! Have a nice, long life birdie!!!
Oh, not AGAIN!!!
Poor Cartwright has another case of Cellulits. Thank god for horsie drugs!!! Hang in there boy, you’ll feel better shortly!
Confession: I think I broke a commandment or something
Hay as far as the eye can see. Am I ever covetting my neighbor’s field right now! Is that ‘legal’??
Bob’s in training
We put Bob to work this weekend! He learned how to feed the horses and then we took him to the market to spot! Nice job Bob!!
In the press!!!
We made the local paper this week! Check it out: http://www.nj.com/hunterdon-county-democrat/index.ssf/2015/05/sergeangsville_farmers_market_opens_for_2015_photo.html
Ant Farm
I found this while I was out with Maverick. I got to thinking how it doesn’t look like much to US, but imagine just how much work this is for an ANT! That’s a pretty nice homestead for an ant!
Out cold!
Joey does a lot of traveling lately. He’s been going back and forth staying with Bob. Bob walks three times a day as part of his rehab and Joey’s trying to keep up!
No fingers please….
Mia just loves to give Chevy carrots when she comes over. It was a “must” on Mother’s Day. Chevy says thanks Mia!!
