Winterizing….

There are some horsey personal hygiene things we must take care of before it gets too cold. It was pretty toasty in the barn last night so we took care of those things for my two boys.

Late Fall Harvest

Now that all the corn has died, it’s time to harvest the actual corn kernels for livestock fodder. The field across the street from us is planted with horse corn every year and so here are some farmers harvesting it for grain.
