When John called and asked if he could spread Alex’s remains on the farm, of course we said yes! So we laid Alex to rest where he loved to play. Here is Alex’s extended family gathered to say our final farewell.
Steve & Son Tree guys FINALLY rolled in this weekend to get rid of our big tree. These guys were amazing! I was enamored with the big bucket truck and all of the heavy equipment they brought (I should have been a boy). Thanks to Steve and his crew for a job well done!
When various folks make fun of my weeds behind my house I tell them to “shush! They’re HEDGES not weeds!” Now that pony season is winding down I might actually get to these. But honestly, I’d love to let them go and see how tall they’ll get.
Meet Amir. He filled in for us at the market as a spotter so he got to meet several of “our kids” and learn all about the vendors and Chevy. Thanks so much Amir!!!
This little girl was VERY nervous about riding Jack but she did great! She overcame her fear and went for a nice pony ride on Saturday!! She was even kissing him before she left!
