As little as Mav is, he LOVES to instigate Sam. So the two of them are having a ball playing. Well, that apparently gets exhausting after awhile!

As most of you remember, we needed about 165 bales of hay last season…well, I’ve started stocking up again! This is load #2 which brings us to 40 bales in the barn at the moment. 1/4 of the way there!

Cartwright has an infection called “Scratches” that commonly affects horses with white feet. Treatment is a spray that literally paints the area blue!
Colorful & Pretty
Mav was captivated by these two butterflies when we went out for our walk. Not much of an expert on butterflies but I do know they only live for about 24 hours so I hope these two are having fun whatever they’re doing!

Fresh picked corn
Well, the corn doesn’t get much fresher than this….the corn truck showed up to the farmers market with a bunch of corn stuck under the truck!!!! Thats one way to pick the corn!
