At last count…

Ok, yet ANOTHER load. This brings us to 165 bales. Now that the grass is coming in I think this might actually do it (other than the hay Chevy will need for the summer.) But once this load is gone I can replace the roof on the shed! Woo-hoo!!!hay

johnchainsawAs part of our work day on Saturday, John (the amazing fence guru) showed his talents with a chainsaw as well. John is the guy who cut down my big trees over the summer. Now he’s just cutting up the pieces that are too big for me to lift. Thanks John!

MINE!

This weekend was the first weekend we didn’t have pony rides at the Sergeantsville Farmer’s Market, so it’s back to work on the farm!!! Saturday’s project was to make a new door for the tackroom. Here are some pictures of the construction in progress. Thanks to Jim (who LOVES wood!)  I got just the door I wanted!!! Thanks Jim!
