Here’s me trying to explain to Maverick that he’s 10 years old yesterday. Here’s Maverick trying to explain to me that his birthday stinks this year cause Toula showed up to the party! (this is Mav’s “when does she go home?” face)

We found new bones for Mav and the are THE BOMB!! A resupply came yesterday (just in time cause he ate the last one the night before). Here he is opening his new package. He’s SOOO excited that they came!

Not QUITE the season yet, but Mav found the PERFECT spot: the trailer ramp was nice and warm soaking up the sun and the trailer broke the wind so it was the perfect spot to sun bathe!! (it really did feel good there!)

Its been wickedly cold here in Jersey for over a week now. Mav LOVED curling up in the sun in his bed. Cant you just see the smile on his little face??

Our little patient is finally home! He’s pretty miserable, but he should be ok in a day or so. Vet said its very likely cancer but fortunately it was encapsulated in a fiberous sack so it was easy to remove and hopefully hasn’t spread. Waiting now on the biopsy results and praying its a non-aggressive type of cancer. Thank you everyone for your concern about our boy. Just happy to have him home with us and can’t wait for him to feel better.

Please say a little prayer for Maverick tomorrow (Wed)….he goes in for some surgery to remove a suspicious lump off his backside…..
